PROPOSITION
In a dense and complex urban environment where multiple spaces juxtapose with relative indifference, attention is drawn to the threshold. A delicate, porous, and biologically singular transition space, it is nevertheless reduced, in the city, to the mute verticality of facades. Blurring boundaries, opening up to friction and encounters, the aim here is to encourage overflow.

+ - If in the city, the threshold seems almost exclusively commercial, the gaze falls on the public institution. A striking discrepancy between its public mission and the mute austerity of its facades, I seek to make porous, to bring out. A transition between a public space and a public space. One open, the other closed.
