MASTER THESIS

A colorfull approach to the broad theme of in-betweenness and compromise. From a reflection on the designer's intermediate position in the project, I come to gray, a strong quit connoted image of in-betweenness in color. Neutral, common, murky, and bland, it becomes my starting point for addressing these notions. Both subject and image of the subject, my thesis takes the free-form stroll through different forms of gray, highlighting its unique place within color.
